Characters in Yoichi :
Minto. He came from Bangladesh. He’s the present owner of yoichi and also the manager. He’s a very soft person. We call him Mr. Yes because he will never say no if somebody ask something to him. He speaks japanese very well. He can even read hiragana and katakana.
Chris. Bald hongkong man. He doesn’t agree if hongkong is now part of china but the fact is now that hongkong is part of china. He’s a nice guy, quick in his job, and clean. He’s the main cook in yoichi or we can say precisely he’s the chef. October 24th will be his last day in yoichi before he leaves to work in another restaurant. He also speak good english.
Hosono. Japanese cook. He only come in tuesday (because chris is ‘yasumi’) and weekend. He knows every menu in yoichi very well. But unfortunately he’s very lazy, and very dirty. He will never clean his compartment. He will never clean his utensils. He always left everything in dirty condition. Chris always put his complain about hosono to minto but minto never take action. Doesn’t speak english. Only particular words such as “oh my god”, “shit”, and “hmm NANI ? Why nothing ?”. He’s also very slow. Maybe his “slow motion” mode is switched on, hahahaha…
Yvonne. Hongkong girl. She speaks good english because she’s a student in amsterdam. She works as a waitress and she’s new. She’s been working in yoichi for 1 month. Nice girl. I like her. She works only in weekdays.
Sanny. Came from Shanghai. She’s also a student in amsterdam. She also speaks good english. She works only in weekend as a waitress. Nice and a cute girl. She always put a smile on her lips. I don’t know how long she’s been working in yoichi. But sometimes she can be little bit fussy.
Miho. Japanese waitress. Oh my, she laughs to much. (gendeng be’e yo…). But I like whe she laugh. She’ll show you her dimple on her cheek. Now she’s on vacation with her mother. She loves bali very much. I asked her which places in bali she’s ever visited. She answered : only inside legian hotel, kuta, and legian. She stayed in bali for 2 weeks but she only stayed in hotel just for massage and spa. She loves spa so much. She speaks good english too.
Ikeda. Also japanese waitress. Nah, nek iki cocok karo hosono. Podo leleté, klemak-klemek nek kerjo hahahaha lha kok moro2 suroboyoan ? She also speaks good english but of course with japanese accent.
The last is me. Hehehe… Aku kerjo serabutan (gak ngerti inggrisé). But my main job is in the kitchen. I also sometimes go shopping for restaurant’s need. I also clean the restaurant every morning. Beside cooking, dishwasher is also my job.
